Our purpose is to support the charitable and educational activities of Francis Burns United Methodist Church while expanding outreach to serve the surrounding community. Through your support, we are able to make a real impact in the lives of our neighbors.

Who We Are

Founded as an independent nonprofit organization, The Burns Foundation is committed to receiving, investing, managing, and administering gifts that empower local outreach and ministry. We partner with donors, community leaders, and volunteers to drive programs that reflect God’s love and compassion.

What We Do

Our community outreach initiatives are focused on:

  • Health and Wellness Access
    Promoting healthy lifestyles through education, screenings, and wellness events.
  • Fighting Food Insecurity
    Providing support to families in need through food drives, distribution programs, and partnerships with local food banks.
  • Educational Support for Children
    Helping close academic achievement gaps by funding tutoring, enrichment programs, and school supplies for under-resourced youth.
